Is there a minimum contract length?: No enforced minimum — rent week-to-week for maximum flexibility. Prepay discounts of 5%, 10%, and 15% are available for 3-, 6-, and 12-month commitments. After 24 months of on-time payments, ownership transfers at no extra cost.
What happens if the robot needs repairs?: BodyBot provides remote support throughout your rental. If a fault is attributable to BodyBot, our Downtime Credit Policy applies: after the first 24 hours of verified downtime, you receive a £50/day credit against your next invoice.
